I am an economist specializing in regulation, transportation, and industrial economics. I develop regulatory and environmental solutions grounded in data, context, and stakeholder dialogue.
I bring 11 years of experience as a consultant, academic, and public servant. My work applies econometrics, financial analysis, and policy evaluation to foster market development and transport decarbonization. In addition, I have estimated the willingness to pay for visibility technologies, the benefits of improved road infrastructure, and the costs of delays in road freight transport.
I earned my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). My dissertation studied technology adoption and product diversification in the brewing industry. My academic publications study the regulation of key economic sectors, including transportation and banking.
